My process always starts with extensive research—that means user interviews, stakeholder discussions, and market analysis—to identify what users need and what the business wants to achieve. I turn this information into clear user profiles and journey maps to get the full picture. This approach guarantees our design choices are data-driven and highly relevant.

Using the data we've gathered, I next focus on defining the core problem and developing the solution's structure. This means designing the user flows and setting the information architecture. I often create future user maps to picture the perfect experience. This step is where concepts take shape based on solid research.

Next, I take the approved concepts and turn them into wireframes and simple prototypes. My goal here is to focus only on the structure and function—making sure the content is organized, the hierarchy is clear, and the core features work—without worrying about the visuals yet. This is the pivotal phase where the solution comes to life. I meticulously create intuitive and appealing visual designs, applying the brand and a consistent visual style to build a pixel-perfect user interface. This application provides a comprehensive guide for 200,000 pilgrims at every stage of their journey to the Holy House of Allah, providing features such as user location and Hajj stages, food options, accommodation details, assistance, and other essential services in ﬁne detail to ensure a smooth, enlightened, and spiritually beneﬁcial Hajj experience.
